Lead by example

Four weekly sessionson your own work.

About a month, one-to-one or with your executive team. We take the work you repeat every week and change how you do it with AI, on your own material, in the tools you already use. You win back time from the first week, and your team sees you do it.

Who it is for

For the people who go first.

Founders and CEOs who use AI most days, but ad hoc: the updates, proposals, customer replies, board letters, hiring and decisions still run by hand or on one-off prompts. And leaders who have just rolled out AI, or are about to, and are expected to show how it is done.

A good fit if

  • You already use AI weekly or more.
  • You own recurring knowledge work: updates, proposals, replies, decisions.
  • You can change how you work without asking anyone.
  • You will work on your own material, not on sample tasks.
  • You have a team that will see what you do.

What you leave with

Four things, all on your own work.

  1. 01

An honest picture of how you use AI now

Where it already helps, where it stays at the safe tasks, and which of your weekly workflows are worth rebuilding.

  2. 02

A recurring workflow that saves you time right away

One to three of your own workflows, rebuilt with AI and running on real material: a milestone in how you, your team or your organisation work.

  3. 03

    Standing context and a routine

Saved context, instructions and a weekly check that keep the workflows good after the month.

  4. 04

    Something your team can copy

A working example and reusable instructions you can show, rather than an announcement.

Practical changes

What changes in your working week.

We work with you or your executive team on the workflows you already repeat. Together, we set up the tools, prompts and habits, then practise on real tasks. Here are eight changes we can help you make.

  1. Speak your instructions

    Before
Type out every instruction, editing your thoughts before AI has anything to work with.
    After
Talk through the situation, constraints and intended result. Turn that into clear instructions or a first draft you can shape.
    Your voiceClear instructions
  2. Stop explaining yourself again

    Before
Reintroduce your role, audience and preferences whenever you start a chat.
    After
Start from reusable context and examples. Add what has changed, so each session builds on the last.
    Saved contextEvery new session
  3. Finish the meeting’s follow-up

    Before
The meeting ends. Writing notes, finding decisions and drafting follow-ups still fill your afternoon.
    After
Bring together the transcript, relevant documents and your own takeaways. Review decisions, agreed actions and follow-up while the conversation is fresh.

  4. Direct the document or deck

    Before
Build the first version paragraph by paragraph or slide by slide.
    After
Give AI the source material, audience and story. Shape an editable first version, check revisions and keep improving the same document.
Sources + directionAn editable first version
  5. Hand over a complete step

    Before
Prompt, wait, copy, repeat. Every small step still depends on you.
    After
Delegate a defined part of the workflow with clear inputs, boundaries and a quality standard. Review the result at an agreed checkpoint.
    A defined work stepYour review
  6. Put recommendations to the test

    Before
Get a convincing answer, then wonder whether its reasoning holds up.
    After
State your own view, challenge assumptions and check consequential claims against original sources before deciding.
    A recommendationChecked against sources
  7. Make recurring preparation repeatable

    Before
Rebuild the same weekly update or meeting preparation from scratch.
    After
Set up saved instructions, agreed sources and a regular trigger. Review what changed instead of reconstructing the process.
A regular triggerReady for your review
  8. Give the team something to copy

    Before
Useful experiments stay in individual chats. Everyone discovers the same lessons separately.
    After
Show a working example, share reusable instructions and review one workflow each week so improvements carry forward.

We start with the changes that matter most to you. You leave with workflows you can repeat and examples your team can follow.

How the month runs

Four sessions, one tangible workflow as the goal.

One session a week. We start from where you are, then work towards one to three recurring workflows you want running by the end of the month. Between sessions you work on your own material, with an hour of support from us.

  1. Start

    Where you are now

How you use AI today, and which one to three workflows would be a real milestone for you, your team or your organisation.

  2. Then

    Build and practise

We set them up together and practise on real material until they run.

  3. To finish

    Make it stick

A routine for keeping the workflows good, what to show the team, and whether anything should follow.

Questions

What people usually ask first.

How long does it take?

Four weekly sessions, so about a month. We scope the details with you on the first call.

One-to-one or with the team?

Either. One-to-one, the sessions are about your week. With your executive team, everyone works on their own material and you set the routine together. We decide which on the first call.

What do I need to bring?

The AI tools you already use. We work in those. If the stack needs widening along the way, you are the person who can decide that.

Remote or on site?

Both. The sessions work in the room or on a call.

Can we work in German?

Yes. We work in German or English.

What happens after the month?

Nothing has to. You keep the workflows and the routine. If your team needs to see it working in their own projects, Build together picks up from there.
